U14 Details

From U14, girls and boys train separately with a focus on developing skills and strategy while ensuring children still have fun.

Term 3 Training times

Note U14s train twice weekly in Term 3.

Starts: Monday, 20th July. Finishes: Friday 25th September.

  • Girls: Monday 6:30-8pm & Saturday 1:30-3:00 PM

  • Boys: Wednesday 7:30-9pm & Saturdays 3:00-4:30 pm

  • Friday 23rd - Monday 26th October SW Labour weekend tournament

  • Thursday 10th - Sunday 13th December: U14 Div 2 Nationals - Auckland

  • Monday 14th - Thursday 17th December: U14 Div 1 Nationals - Auckland

For all out-of-town U14 tournaments, players must travel with the team and will be supervised by the team manager. Tournament costs include coaching, entry fees, travel, accommodation, and meals, plus additional costs such as insurances, petrol etc. Expressions of interest will be sent to all eligible athletes before each tournament or league; applicable fees will be charged in accordance with our fees policy.

Fees

  • Fees apply as per our fees policy.

  • Typical fees include Annual membership, term training, and tournament fees.

Important info

  • Athletes playing for Sea Wolf must also be registered with Water Polo New Zealand (WPNZ). To register with WPNZ click here.

  • For the safety and wellbeing of the entire Sea Wolf Community, all members must comply with and agree to abide by the Sea Wolf Code of Conduct.

What to Bring

  • Appropriate swimwear (must not be loose)

  • A drink bottle

  • Swim cap (for shoulder length long hair)

  • A positive attitude and lots of energy
